We are starting to practice our Children’s Christmas Program on Sundays during Junior Church. Children need to be here on Sunday’s to practice.

Change Lives Banquet will be on Friday evening September 23rd at 6:15pm. It will be at the Amish Door in Wilmont, OH. Dinner will be served and a Lover Offering will be taken. Please let Larry know ASAP if attending. 330-211-0783

We will be having Youth Sunday on October 30th. The teens will be serving the entire service, from preaching, ushering, greeting and music.

Kenneth Chapman, missionary to Australia, will be with us on Sunday morning September 18th, during the Worship Service. He will update his ministry and be preaching. We will be taking up a love offering.

On Saturday, September 10th the teens will be going to Mansfield Baptist Temple for a Youth Rally. It will be an all day activity with 60 different activities, new Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course. The Wilds Camp Ministry will be doing emcee, special music and skits. The cost is $20 per person. Money needs to be turned by August 31st if going.

We have a Church prayer chain. When there is someone who needs prayer we send it out through e-mail and that way everyone is able to pray for those special needs. If you would like to be added there is a signup sheet in foyer.

If you are interested in helping with meals for people who are sick, had surgery, etc. There is a sign up sheet in the foyer. If you are already on you will need to sign the sheet so Jean knows you are still wanting to help.

There will be an AWANA meeting on Sunday morning August 28th following the morning Worship service. This is for all who will be helping in AWANA this coming year. If you are interested in serving come to the meeting to see if there may be an area for you to serve.

Brother Mark Gostlin, missionary to the French speaking people, will be with us on Sunday evening August 14th. He will be updating his ministry and preaching that evening. We will be taking up a Love Offering for him.

18 holes with cart, 4 man scramble, cost is $40 each. This is not only a golf outing, there will be a picnic following golf at 5:30pm. The cost for those coming to picnic is $10 per person, free for children under 10. Teens will be asking for business and family/friend sponsors. Anyone who sponsors will have their name on sign at golf course. This will be held at Pheasant Run Golf Course in LaGrange, on August 20th at 1pm. They are in need of people to donate cases of water, pop and sport drinks. There is a sign up list in the foyer. Money for meal needs to be turned in as soon as possible, no later than August 14th.
